“I have to show you something, in the gymnasium.” He replied, but, unlike before his voice was now cold, which reminded me of when I first met him. Cold and statuesque. Silently, I followed him outside to the gym looking at my feet as I walked. My head hurt really bad, and I felt concussed. I entered the empty room, my feet making wet sounds as I walked, on the perfectly polished wood, and so I dragged myself to the bleachers where I immediately sat down.
“So... what is it you're supposed to show me? A new dance routine?”I said ironically, even though I was feeling a bit frustrated with his attitude. But instead of laughing, he put his hands to his head, pressing his palms flat on his temples and rolled his eyes back in his head.
“What are you d...”I started but was instantly cut by the same loud explosion as before. Only this time instead of instantly falling on the floor, I saw what was happening. A red and orange shock wave irradiated from Viktor' s head and suddenly he was on fire. Literally on fire! I pinched myself to be sure I wasn't dreaming. But unlike what you'd imagine to see when a person is on fire, he wasn't running around screaming with his hands in the air. He was just smiling while his body stood perfectly still. He looked like a torch and the giant flames made the whole room glow. I really didn't have a clue about what was happening. Was I dreaming, dead or just crazy ? Something was definitely wrong. Seeing the expression of horror on my face he brought his hands back to his head as he had done before and induced another shock wave which this time knocked me out for good.
Everything was black around, everything was cold.
