Senseless Crash
My head felt sore and looking at the same trees outside and the same old pick ups or four by fours passing you by was getting kind of old.
In front of us was a prison bus which was easily recognizable by it's gray color, it's heavily bared windows and the two police cars following at a safe distance. Since the landscape was too boring for me to pay attention to, I focused on imagining why the prisoners were inside the bus.
But soon, my stomach was growling and I was starting to feel very hungry. However, I only had myself to blame for I hadn't gone to the gas station to get chips and a drink like everyone else did, trying to avoid Viktor. Luckily, before I could try to look for something to eat in my bag, Abigail was already next to me handing me a pack of beef jerky.
“Take it! We wouldn't want you to go hungry would we?” She said in her Texan twang and smiling at me as she sat down.
