REDEEM CARD / DOWNLOAD CARD TERMS OF USE
1.1 Rights Granted.
You may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content to be downloaded from www.discardedteenz.com only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use.
1.2 Restrictions.
The Redeem Card is issued by DISCARDEDteenz Productions ("DTZP"). Any use of the Redeem Card constitutes acceptance of all of DTZP's Terms and Conditions at www.discardedteenz.com and DTZP's Privacy Policy at www.discardedteenz.com/page/privacy-privacy.
A DTZP Redeem Card is only redeemable for currently available content.
You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use this card.
The purchaser or recipient of the Redeem Card assumes all risk of loss or theft of or damage to the Redeem Card. The Redeem Card has a one year expiration date.
DTZP may submit unused Redeem Card balances to the appropriate governmental authority. None of DTZP or its parent(s), subsidiary(ies) and affiliates make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Redeem Card, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This Redeem Card is void where prohibited.
You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other use restricted in this Section 1.2.
You agree not to infringe the rights of the Digital Content's copyright owners and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content. Except as set forth in Section 1.1 above, you agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, license or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content.
You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction or distribution rights for the Digital Content.
You acknowledge that the Digital Content embodies the intellectual property of a third party and is protected by law.
1.3 All Sales Final;Downloading and Risk of Loss; Availability of Digital Content.
All sales of Digital Content are final. We do not accept returns of Digital Content. Once you have purchased Digital Content, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it.
If you are unable to complete a download after having reviewed our online help resources, please contact DTZP. You bear all risk of loss after purchase or download and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.
We may, from time to time, remove Digital Content from the Service without notice.
Notes
Once you start the redeem process, you will have a maximum 3 downloads permitted in a timeframe of 48H. This is sufficient enough to let you organize your personnal back-up.
Please check your browser settings to see the location of downloaded files on your computer. Some browsers may be set to automatically download files to a certain location. However, you may have set your browser up differently.
In general:
* Windows Internet Explorer allows you to choose the download location at the time of your download. If you do not select an alternate location (such as your Windows Desktop), Internet Explorer will download your file into C:\Downloads. We highly recommend saving the file to your Windows Desktop.
* Firefox will (by default) download your file into C:\Downloads. You can change this setting in Tools >> Options >> General >> Downloads.
* Safari (by default) will download your file into [primary HD]/Users/[username]/Downloads. This can be changed by selecting Safari >> Preferences >> Save downloaded files to...
